Fire Rated Irufire Integral Satin Maintainer

SL123 Irufire Integral Satin Maintainer is a two-component acrylic-aliphatic PU coating developed for wood surfaces with prior flame-retardant treatment. This system meets UNE-EN 13823:2012 (SBI test) fire safety standards and achieves a B-s1,d0 classification under UNE-EN 13501-1:2007 + A1:2010 (Euroclasses).

Curing is achieved with the addition of 10% IC212 catalyst. It is used to overcoat IC120 primer to maintain B-s1,d0.

Application Process: Apply one coat of IRUFIRE PRIMER IP-1 (10% with Catalizador Irufire) at 80-100 g/m², cure for 16-20 hours, then sand with 280-320 grit before applying IRUFIRE TOP COAT IT-1 for optimal results.
