A/C Lacquers
Intercoat produce a range of clear Acid catalysed lacquers, which meet environmental emission standards as well as creating a high quality finish, coupled with practical application criteria.
Fast Dry A/C lacquers – 330 type
A range of modified acid-catalysed lacquers with a VOC content below
570 grams per litre making them suitable for Mass Balance applications where the maximum VOC content is 1.6 times the solid content. The 330 range of lacquers possess fast cure and good sanding characteristics.
Available in a range of gloss levels from matt to full gloss.

Compliant A/C lacquers – 215 type
A range of clear A/C lacquers with good performance properties and a VOC content below 475 grams per litre. They have a solid content above 50% making them suitable for Mass Balance applications where the max. VOC equals the solid content.
Available in a range of gloss levels from matt to full gloss.

Coffin and Casket Trade 34720
A fully compliant acid-catalysed wood finishing lacquer with a catalysed VOC content below 475 grams per litre. This product exhibits an excellent sheen making the ideal choice for finishing caskets. When compared to more traditional cellulose based products they will provide a far deeper gloss and build if similar amounts of material are applied. Alternatively major reductions in lacquer consumption can be made by reducing spray equipment settings, applying less material and still achieve a similar result that would be obtained with a cellulose based product.
